Overview And Experience

Rishana has completed her MBA from the Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK) (Merit) and CIMA Managerial level (UK). Prior to her 10 years with Tellida she has worked at a Leading BPO in Sri Lanka. Pursuing her passion for foreign languages she has studied French and Japanese. She has over 10 years hands-on experience in managerial positions and also holds a PQHRM (Merit) from the institute of Personnel Management SL.

Rishana currently provides leadership to the HR & Finance departments at Tellida. With regards to HR she oversees; recruitment / selection, employee relations, custodian and administrator of policies and procedures, compensation and benefits and training and development. With regards to Financial operations she oversees the financial reporting and analysis of Tellida.

Currently providing leadership to the HR service offerings at Tellida an offshore Business Process outsourcing organization. In this capacity oversees recruitment/selection, employee relations, custodian and administrator of policies and procedures, compensation and benefits and training and development. In addition heads up the Finance vertical at Tellida and overseas the financial reporting and analysis.
