Imran is a customer service professional who has been with Tellida since the inception in January 2012 and currently works as the Manager for Contact Center Operations where he overlooks staff & performance management, client relationship, reporting, planning & implementing call center strategies, improvements to the systems and processes, among others

Imran is a customer service professional who has been with HTR since it’s inception in Colombo from December 2011 and currently works as the Manager for Contact Center Operations where he overlooks staff & performance management, client relationship, reporting, planning & implementing call center strategies, improvements to the systems and processes, among others.

Imran has a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership ( Level – 7 ) and is currently reading for his Masters in Business Administration at University of Gloucestershire UK.
